Had an excellent BPT today from Curbside Grub food truck!!! I have one super minor complaint, the onions were chopped and kept falling off the sandwich…but, other than that it was a damn good BPT. Bun was both buttered and toasted, vegetables were fresh, and the loin was seasoned well…both the pork and the breading!
Fries were great, my co-worker had some kind of smothered fries that he said were great!
If this truck is near you, I’d definitely recommend stopping in for some Curbside Grub!
This is a food truck, no brick and mortar that I know of. Today they were in Pontiac, IL at the Walmart here in town.

Curbside Grub food truck, outstanding breaded tenderloin. Done and seasoned wonderfully. Cheese fries as a side were great. Burgers and other sides other people ordered were all great. I will definitely follow the page and come back when they are in the area.
Ate ours in Pekin, Illinois but just have to follow their page to see where they're at next. I think Quincy Illinois is where they are based.

We've had the pleasure of hosting Curbside Grub at our Pepsi Cola Co. location three times now, and they have absolutely knocked it out of the park every single time.
They first catered our Employee Appreciation Day with their incredible homemade Indian Fry Bread Tacos—a unique and wildly popular choice that had everyone talking. The second visit featured their classic burgers and fries, cooked to perfection and a total crowd-pleaser. Most recently, they served up their amazing Phillys, which were packed with flavor and disappeared in minutes.
What really sets them apart is their consistent excellence. The food quality is top-notch, the portions are generous, and their professional service makes hosting effortless. They create a fun, festive atmosphere that our entire team looks forward to.
